It is very disconcerting to one day feel that you are still young, cool, and up with all the latest trends... and then wake up the next day to realise it is your first son's Tenth Birthday! I don't feel old enough to have a 10yr old son!

my eldest son will be 20 this year. I have no problems with the fact I turned 40 in February - I'm supposed to get old ... but who the heck gave my kids permission to grow up and get their own lives?
